Returning an Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to return it to us for a refund or an exchange (full-price items only). For an item bought at a reduced price, you will be offered an exchange only.

To start the returns process, please email wyldewanders@gmail.com to let us know you are returning an item. Returns must be made at your own cost and please ensure you use a tracked and signed for service, especially if the item is of a high value. Returns must be received in their original condition. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that could occur during transit to us. For your own peace of mind, you may wish to pay for insurance, if your chosen courier/post office offers this, at an additional cost.

We recommend using Yodel or Royal Mail as these are the services we use.
Damaged Items
If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please email us at wyldewanders@gmail.com - attach an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and any other information. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
