Wylde Wanders is owned and managed by Sarah Luxton. Your personal data is stored securely and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. If any of your details change or you need to contact us, please email wyldewanders@gmail.com.

We only collect basic personal information about you; which includes name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is collected from electronic forms on our website.

 

​Why we need it

Your ​contact details are required for subscribing to our monthly newsletter, placing an order, entering a prize draw or purchasing a subscription.

 

​What we do with it

All the personal data we collect is processed and securely stored in our cloud-based database. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us and we will only contact you if we have received your permission. ​There will always be a method to opt out of communications eg. via an unsubscribe button at the bottom of an email.

 

Please note, that it may not be possible to opt out of statutory communications such as order processing or transaction notifications, should you purchase anything from us and you will continue to receive these even if you have opted not to receive marketing communications.

 

Payments are processed through Wix or Paypal and we do not have access to your credit/debit card details.

  • We will never sell your data to anyone else or share it without your permission

  • We will not put undue pressure on you to renew a subscription

How long we keep it

We will keep your data for the period of time you are either a member, client or subscriber. You may ask for your data to be deleted by sending an email to wyldewanders@gmail.com

If customers set up an account with us, this remains open until they request to close it. We therefore, keep information as long as the account remains open.  If a customer does not set up an account, then their information is stored for one month only.
